We are proud to offer in-home podiatry services provided by the experienced and compassionate Dr. Hugh J. Gorey Jr., DPM, a specialist in podiatric care. With over 41 years of expertise in helping individuals maintain their foot health, Dr. Gorey brings our residents a wealth of knowledge and personalized attention.
Graduating from medical school in 1978, Dr. Gorey has dedicated his career to improving mobility and overall well-being. He is affiliated with several respected hospitals and accepts Medicare-approved amounts as payment in full, ensuring accessible and professional care for seniors. At New Hazen Senior Home, we prioritize the health and comfort of our residents, and Dr. Gorey’s services are an essential part of our commitment to comprehensive senior care.
Stephanie Johnson is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner, having received both her Master's and Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Nursing. Moving to Northwest Geriatrics from Evergreen Health's "Your Home Primary Care", Stephanie brings with her significant home health experience and a passionate desire to care for patients where they live in the community. Stephanie is an active supporter and participant in international missions and humanitarian projects, which have seen her travel extensively to more than 30 countries throughout the world. She is a Member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and has coauthored a National Journal article on the Identification and Management of Malignant Skin Lesions among Older Adults.
